2. Monthly Subscriptions
Because we provide instant access to all meal plans, downloads, and digital content:
Refunds are not issued once a new billing period has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3. Lifetime Access Purchases
Lifetime access is a one-time payment option.
Refunds are not available for lifetime memberships unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Please trial the program using the 7-day free trial course before committing to a lifetime plan.
4. Consumer Guarantees
Our refund policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
