• We strongly recommend completing the free trial course before purchasing a paid subscription or lifetime membership.

• This ensures you are fully informed about the program before making a financial commitment.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Because we provide instant access to all meal plans, downloads, and digital content:

• Refunds are not issued once a new billing period has started.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

3. Lifetime Access Purchases

Lifetime access is a one-time payment option.

• Refunds are not available for lifetime memberships unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

• Please trial the program using the 7-day free trial course before committing to a lifetime plan.

4. Consumer Guarantees

Our refund policy does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Unfit for its intended purpose
