  • If your payment fails or your account is past due, we may suspend access until the balance is paid.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • We offer a separate 7-day free trial course designed to help you explore our approach, content style, and delivery format. We strongly recommend completing the free trial course before purchasing a paid subscription or lifetime membership. This ensures you are fully informed about the program before making a financial commitment.

  • No Refunds on Paid Course Purchases

  • Due to the nature of digital content and the availability of a free trial course:

    We do not offer refunds on any course subscriptions, memberships, or digital content purchases.

  • Once access to the paid course is granted, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the course, including but not limited to recipes, videos, images, lesson plans, and printables, are the intellectual property of The Classroom Kitchen and may not be copied, shared, resold, or reproduced without express permission.

  • Your access grants you a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the course materials for any unlawful purpose.

  • Share login credentials or distribute course content.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the website or its content.

7. Changes to the Course

We reserve the right to modify or update course content, features, and pricing at any time. Current subscribers will be notified of major changes where possible.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. In cases of serious breaches, access may be revoked without a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Classroom Kitchen will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the course is at your own risk.
